Getting Oriented
Support for the franchise is received within 2-3 weeks of signing the franchise agreement. The orientation program helps in getting started as a successful We Sell Gyms Franchisee. During the start, you will quantify the market opportunity, transforming to be an industry leader.
Training Program
You were chosen as the We Sell Gyms franchisee based on the talent and passion we observed about you during the selection process. For transforming those skills, you would have to join hands on technology with pre-work training. You would be offered support and computer based training. The instructor would be available for feedback during the pre-classroom time slot.
Classroom Training Program
This is a structured classroom program, tailored enough for the educational feedbacks and support from We Sell Gyms training team. All the gym elements would be honed in the small class sessions focusing on the needs. At the end of training, you would be tested for the Certified Gym Broker©.
Field Training Program
The field training is another program in which you would have a one-on-one coaching with the franchise consultants who have successfully sold hundreds of gyms. The training is consistent in the market with the earlier reinforce and learning the key concepts for the ongoing success in the practical application.
