Brief Description : At TITANZ, we are a 24-hour, 7-day a week, 365-day a year training facility. We offer a certified sports nutritionist on staff for nutritional counseling and support to help each member reach his or her unique objective. We also offer specially-trained professionals with distinctive talents in all facets of personal training, each one hand-selected for his or her area of expertise.
TITANZ is fully outfitted with training equipment for recreational lifters, power lifters, Olympic lifters, physique athletes, sports-specific/agility training,
TRX and functional training. Whatever your training style, we can accommodate you if you are serious about fitness. Now, under one roof, you can have all your training and nutritional needs met, your body composition / bodyfat analysis monitored, and you can train on your own or be trained by one of TITANZ' proven specialists, all without limitations.
