Our owner, Sue, found herself in a rut after building a career in banking when she discovered the Largee fitness method while visiting friends in LA. She knew instantly that this was her new life path, and a year later, she opened her first studio. That dedication and passion has been instilled in our business, and sharing it with our clients is our greatest joy. We aim to form a strong connection between the physical, mental, and spiritual, because we know the power that connection holds.
