Brief Description : Choosing the right fitness program can be overwhelming, but at the end of the day, there's only one that will give you results: the one you'll actually keep doing. (Enjoying the actual workout part helps a lot, too.). That's where we come in. FitWit is designed not only for real results, but for real life, with fitness programming that's made to be sustainable for your lifestyle in the long term -- and fun, too. We're dedicated to working with each and every one of our students to determine their goals and define their game plan, then get to work on helping you make it happen. And it's not just our incredible trainers or unique programming that gets our students in shape: it's also our community of FitWitters who know each other by name, cheer each other on during class, and keep each other accountable and committed.

We pride ourselves on a positive, inspiring, safe and inclusive environment, where beginners feel welcome and supported, never intimidated or overwhelmed. It's important to us that everyone actually has fun, too. Our workouts challenge students, and we take safety seriously, but we aren't afraid to laugh at ourselves, either.
Our Tribe
Getting through a challenging workout, or showing up even when you just don't feel like it, is so much easier as a team. The camaraderie, mutual support and cheerleading our students give each other makes FitWit feel like a team -- expect lots of high fives, words of encouragement, and a lot of new friends.
