Brief Description : CrossFit Atlanta was the first CrossFit gym to be established in Atlanta and in Georgia. We have grown from very small beginnings back in the days when no one had heard of CrossFit, starting in a backyard. Now we are a leader among the more than 100 CrossFit gyms in the Atlanta area.
From the beginning our focus has been on having the best CrossFit coaching possible, emphasizing safety and correct movement technique before ramping up to the intensity for which CrossFit is famous. As a result we have produced 3 trainers who work for CrossFit HQ as trainers of trainers. No other Atlanta gym has any. Our elite team has won the CrossFit Games Regional competition in 2012 & 2013, and has qualified for the CrossFit Games 4 times.
