Brief Description : Play Hard Gym specializes in fun and unique full-body workouts for people of all ages and levels, including parkour classes for children and adults. Our facility contains a huge open mat main area, a 1500 square foot free-running obstacle course, two 150lb. tractor tires, stunt-grade crash pads, a climbing cargo net, and lots of other fun equipment. Our trainers have worked as stunt performers and martial artists-- so they have lots of experience with effective and innovative ways to build strength and endurance-- and are enthusiastic about giving you the most fun and intense workout you've ever tried!
